Sallese & Company is a modern salon and boutique built on creativity, connection, and community. Located in the heart of Kenosha, our space brings together talented independent stylists and curated fashion to create a one-of-a-kind beauty experience.
We believe that beauty is personal and style should feel effortless. Whether you’re here for a fresh cut and color, expert styling for a special occasion, or to browse our boutique collections, you’ll find an atmosphere that’s warm, inspiring, and authentically you.
Our team of experienced stylists is passionate about helping clients look and feel their best—celebrating individuality while staying ahead of trends. At Sallese & Company, every detail is designed with intention, from the service you receive to the products we love and recommend.
Today the salon is home to six stylists offering balayage and highlights, color correction, haircuts, hand-tied extensions, blowouts and special occasion hair and makeup, alongside a boutique of curated fashion. Clients book online any time, choose their stylist, and can start with a free 30-minute consultation.

Sallese & Company is run as a green salon, committed to sustainable processes and products. You’ll see it in our blowout rituals, which use organic, botanical and clean-beauty treatments, and in the luxury organic Davines hair care we carry in the salon.
Community
Invested in downtown Kenosha
Our motto is community over competition. Founder Chelsea Sallese serves on the board of the Kenosha Lakeshore Business Improvement District (LBID), also known as Go Downtown Kenosha, and supports the downtown businesses and community around us. The monthly downtown cleanup is the cause closest to her heart.
Book Club
The Sallese & Co. Book Club
Our downtown Kenosha salon hosts its own book club, and it meets one Sunday a month at 12 noon. To join, request to join our Book Club group on Facebook.

Chelsea Sallese
Chelsea Sallese, founder and leading stylist, captivates with her mastery in artistic color techniques and flawless precision cuts. With a decade of expertise, Chelsea seamlessly fuses contemporary flair with timeless elegance delivering styles that resonate with each client.
Outside the salon, Chelsea serves on the board of the Kenosha Lakeshore Business Improvement District (LBID), also known as Go Downtown Kenosha, and she’s passionate about the monthly downtown Kenosha cleanup.
Chelsea has also done hair and makeup for many theater productions, including Little Shop of Horrors, Willy Wonka, A Streetcar Named Desire and Annie, as well as several operas in Milwaukee and Chicago.
